Sage Catering was created in the winter of 2002, as a one woman
show. For the first few years Wild Sage Catering provided catering
services for private dinner parties and cocktail receptions. In
the past year Wild Sage has grown to offer clients full service
catering and event coordination/consultation for large events
including Weddings and all other special occasions,
a multiplicity of Corporate Events, and Nutritional
Meal Plans
Annick Le Goaix, Owner and Executive
Chef
Annick began her career in 1997, and attended the renowned Stratford
Chef School in Southwestern Ontario. Following her position with
some of Toronto's finest chefs, Annick started out on her own
offering her clients an innovative approach to traditional, nutritional
cuisine- influenced by her own experiences as well as those of
her Mother, a wonderful French cook. Annick enjoys experimenting
with fresh ingredients, pushing her to create exciting, succulent
dishes, using only the freshest seasonal produce and foods available
to her, which goes to show that monotony is not her thing! With
every bite you will see for yourself the dedication Annick has
to her clients as well as to the profession she has chosen to
be her art form.
